If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please contact us at 630-240-1931 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items.. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped prepaid, preferably United Parcel Service(UPS) . Your card will be promptly credited, and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address. Return merchandise after 30 days of receipt of purchase will only be given current store price credit, less the $10.00 re-stocking fee.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Nebbia-USA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, Nebbia-USA will reimburse the return shipping charges.
